Transcripts + Diplomas

Cornish now offers electronic delivery of official transcripts through The National Student Clearinghouse.

If you need an official Cornish transcript, place your request online through The National Student Clearinghouse at studentclearinghouse.org.

This site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session and specify where you would like them to be sent. Transcripts cost $5.00 per copy. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

Current students and students who have attended Cornish since 2011 can access and print unofficial transcripts from Compass. If you need assistance accessing Compass, please contact the Cornish Help Desk.

If you are not able to access your unofficial transcript on Compass, you may email your signed request for a free unofficial transcript to the Registration & Records office. Request forms can be downloaded here. Completed forms should be submitted to registrationrecords@cornish.edu

If you are unable to download or print from the web page, you may email a request to registrationrecords@cornish.edu that contains the following information:

• Your full name, and any applicable former name
• Your date of birth
• Number of transcript copies being requested
• The name and address of the transcript destination(s)
• A phone number where you can be reached
• Your Cornish Student ID number or the last four digits of your Social Security Number

Cornish College of the Arts has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment verifications to parties outside of the institution. To verify the enrollment of a current student, contact the National Student Clearinghouse directly.

Occasionally, the Clearinghouse cannot verify enrollment even when a student is currently enrolled, such as when a student has exercised the right to restrict the release of information without consent. If such a situation occurs, please ask the student to contact Cornish directly to request the necessary verification.

How to Request Enrollment Verification from Cornish

Current students can request enrollment verifications using their Cornish Compass account. Former students may submit an Enrollment Verification Form. Requests may be submitted by email.
